You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service plans.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
