T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships, demonstrate network coverage, and provide personalized device and service solutions to customers. Successful candidates will complete training, use digital tools for product demonstrations, and contribute to a seamless customer experience while supporting team initiatives and achieving service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
