Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand in national sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, showcase the value of our solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

Role involves onboarding, product knowledge, and collaboration with nearby stores, with opportunities for growth and participation in incentive programs and stock grants. A high school diploma and customer experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services through solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; assist with onboarding and store operations.
• Deliver customer-obsessed service, build rapport, and pursue referrals and Be Back opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to support customer accounts from setup to device support.
