Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on products, and showcase value through solution-based selling in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and drive sales.
• Complete in-store training and onboarding, review promotions, and maintain security of kiosks and assets.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experiences from account setup to servicing.
