Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Retail Service Associate to support the store team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities. You will be the go-to resource for activation, education, troubleshooting, and escalations, helping customers leave confident in their Comcast products and services.

In this role you will activate devices, guide setup, assist with BYOD and wearables, and upsell accessories while maintaining a clean, organized store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to learn Comcast products and services.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and BYOD with a white-glove approach.
• Guide tablet setup and connectivity for customers.
• Assist with wearable device activation and pairing.
• Educate on accessories to drive incremental revenue.
• Troubleshoot complex device/service issues.
• Help secure accounts and replace lost devices.
• Perform device transfers and password resets.
• Process returns, warranty claims, and exchanges.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and well-merchandised.
• Support quick device swaps and on-demand deliveries.
• Uphold Comcast Operating Principles and NPS feedback loops.
