Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and establish visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and store damages procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
