The Michaels Stores Missouri City, TX store is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, visual standards, and pricing accuracy to ensure promotions are executed on time and the store environment remains customer-ready.

You will train and coach team members, manage workload and staffing with store leadership, and drive in-stock levels, planogram accuracy, and compelling product presentation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong skills in inventory management and planogram execution.
• Ability to drive pricing accuracy and timely promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandising and operational execution in-store.
• Manage truck processing, inventory routines, and stock flow.
• Ensure planogram sets and visual standards are met on time.
