Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager at our Little Rock, AR location to drive merchandising and operational execution.

This role focuses on truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and timely promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning. Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, supervising service standards, providing MOD coverage, and managing stock, displays, and in-store

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, accurate product movement and pricing integrity.
