You will lead truck processing, planogram sets, in-stock routines, and SOP compliance, with a focus on staffing, performance, and shrink reduction; typical schedule includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in executing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and in-stock routines.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
