Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions.

You will lead workload planning, floor leadership, and ensure SOP compliance while partnering with store leadership to optimize in-stock levels, replenishment, and store presentation across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store teams and merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Lead truck execution: unloading, sorting, and efficient floor flow.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to complete merchandising sets on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock movement, and in-stock readiness.
• Process price changes accurately and on time to maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Manage RTVs (Return to Vendor) and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
