Five Below, Inc. is seeking a driven leader to oversee daily store operations and a team of associates in Humble, TX. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and support stock receiving and merchandising to drive sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for varied shifts and locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast stocking on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and performance.
