The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Merchandise Manager in Cedar Knolls, NJ to drive merchandising and store operations, including planograms, pricing integrity, and promotional execution.

You will ensure a customer-ready store through effective workload planning and inventory control. Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOP adherence and customer-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution to maintain customer-ready conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards and operational continuity.
• Oversee truck execution for unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership alignment.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom organization and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction and accurate stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring accurate picking and packing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
