• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and Company programs to ensure legal compliance and store standards.
• Ensure execution of Company policies, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, coordinating with store leadership on staffing.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure accurate merchandising sets on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement per company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom and sales floor.
