Job summary

Michaels Cedar Knolls, NJ is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and timely promotional execution to keep the store customer-ready.

You will lead truck and inventory routines, plan workload with store leadership, oversee in-stock optimization and visual standards, and coach team members to deliver strong results in a fast-paced environment with weekend and early-morning shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage SOPs, store policies, and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution with timely unloading and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with inventory adjustments.
