Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom organization.
Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement.
Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and placement.
Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
