• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow to floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and shrink reduction.
• Oversee ad sets, price changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
