Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and in-store flow of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, integrity and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across the store and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment processes."
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction."
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
