Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes for timely unloading and stock flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards, including initial product placement and presentation.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and customer-focused product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes, ensuring accuracy and documentation.
