Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Maintain visual standards and customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, backroom organization, and stock movement.
• Manage in-stock levels via SISO routines and planogram compliance.
• Supervise ad sets, price changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
