Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Maintain pricing integrity and timely promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready store.
• Lead visual standards, backroom organization, and stock movement to support sales readiness.
• Oversee SOP adherence, store policies, and asset protection while coaching team members.
• Coordinate workload planning, staffing, and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving with accuracy.
