Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs compliance.
Lead truck execution and merchandise flow from receiving to sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
Process price changes accurately and on time to ensure pricing integrity.
Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and returns processing.
Train, coach and develop team members across departments.
Support Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction.
