Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage with strong floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready environment including backroom.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes on time, ensuring pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and accurate order handling.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
