Responsibilities include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, planogram execution, and strong focus on in-stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention, with team development and training as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.
• Experience executing merchandising and pricing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Direct truck execution, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving processes.
• Support shrink reduction and Asset Protection practices through training and coaching.
