Burlington Stores is seeking a Merchandising Manager in Texas to lead store merchandising, floor presentation, and team operations. You will act as MOD, drive results, and partner with leadership to ensure a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail with fashion merchandising.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily store sales performance using available reports.
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise to the floor.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee floor moves and displays aligned with merchandising concepts.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing and training.
