Aufgaben

• Monitor daily store sales performance using available reports.
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing of merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves and displays aligned with merchandising concepts.
• Act as MOD and lead by example to drive results and customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
