You’ll oversee floor sets, pricing, signage, and presentation while building strong teams and delivering a WOW shopping experience. This role requires 3+ years of retail management in off-price or big-box environments, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in off-price, big-box, or large multi-unit retail organization.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store’s sales performance on a daily basis.
• Provide guidance to the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite the flow of merchandise from receiving to sales floor.
• Coordinate sales promotions activities, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing of store merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves, preparation of merchandise displays and presentations.
• Support the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues and obtain guidance for best practices.
• Ensure merchandise is sized in compliance with standards and signage updated.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead by example.
• Assist with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
