You will lead a team to deliver a great shopping experience aligned with WOW values and drive store performance. The role requires strong leadership, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail organization with fashion merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store’s sales performance on a daily basis using available reports.
• Provide guidance to the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite merchandise flow.
• Coordinate sales promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Oversee floor moves and merchandising presentations per concepts and guidelines.
• Support the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues and share best practices.
• Ensure sizing, signage, ticketing, and packaging standards are maintained.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead by example.
• Assist with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
