Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in off-price, big-box, specialty, or multi-unit retail.
• Experience leading sales floor teams and driving store performance.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance and guide floor teams to maximize results.
• Coordinate floor sets, promotions, pricing updates and visual merchandising.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, training and succession planning.
• Ensure accurate ticketing, signage, sizing, and customer service standards.
