Job summary

Burlington Stores in Texas is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, maintain the selling floor, recovery, fitting rooms, and sizing while delivering a superior shopping experience aligned with WOW values.

You will monitor sales, guide the floor team, coordinate promotions and floor sets, ensure accurate signage and pricing, and act as MOD to drive results. The role also supports staffing, sourcing, and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retailer.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with fashion apparel merchandising and pricing standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using sales reports.
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team for merchandise flow.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee floor moves, displays, and merchandising presentations.
• Serve as MOD and drive store results; assist with staffing and training.
