Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and deliver a WOW shopping experience. You will guide a team, maintain merchandise presentation, and champion Burlington's core values.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and strong merchandising knowledge. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail organization with experience in fashion apparel merchandising.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales daily using all available reports.
• Guide Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite merchandise flow from receiving to floor.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing of merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves and displays per merchandising concepts and guidelines.
• Support Store Manager on merchandising issues, including fast/slow sellers and customer requests.
• Ensure sizing, signage, ticketing accuracy, and sealed packaged merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty to lead customers and staff and drive results.
• Assist in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
