Job summary

Sam's Club in Concord, NH is seeking an associate to provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products.

You will also assist with supervising associates, recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining a safe, clean sales floor with proper product presentation and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, coaching, and evaluating performance; ensure adherence to Open Door Policy.
• Receive, stock, merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor; protect safety and report hazards.
