Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring for a role focused on member service and club operations in the United States. You will acknowledge members, identify needs, guide them through self-service technology, and assist with purchasing decisions while promoting products and services.

You will help supervise associates, assign duties, and train staff to ensure members receive exemplary service. You will also handle stocking, safety, and merchandising to maintain a welcoming store experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions and promoting store products.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, coaching and training, and ensuring member issues are resolved per guidelines.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains the sales floor, handles pricing, and manages merchandise returns and recalls as needed.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness, conducts safety checks, and oversees curbside/club pickup processes.
• Leads teams, shares resources, and participates in recruitment, scheduling, and evaluating associates to meet service goals.
