Job summary

Sam's Club in Monroeville, PA is seeking a member service associate to acknowledge members, identify needs, guide self-service technology, assist purchasing decisions, and resolve issues while promoting products and services.

You'll help supervise associates, stock the floor, maintain displays, ensure safety, process returns, and support club pickup orders, while delivering friendly, efficient service to members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: Leading a team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; guide self-service technology and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervising associates by delegating duties and coaching on member service approaches.
• Maintain sales floor: stock, organize merchandise, and ensure displays follow policies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies; conduct safety checks and report hazards.
• Support club pickup orders and resolve member inquiries and issues.
