Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology.
• Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility and coaching.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise and maintains the sales floor.
• Maintains safety of facility and ensures proper merchandising and cleanliness.
• Oversees club pickup orders and ensures products are selected and staged according to policy.
