Sam's Club in Concord, NH is hiring for a role focused on member service and supervision of associates. You will acknowledge members, guide their choices, assist with self-service technology, and help with purchasing decisions while ensuring safety and proper merchandising.

The position also involves supervising associates, stocking merchandise, managing club pickup orders, and upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsabilités

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology.
• Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility and coaching.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise and maintains the sales floor.
• Maintains safety of facility and ensures proper merchandising and cleanliness.
• Oversees club pickup orders and ensures products are selected and staged according to policy.
