Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; guiding self-service technology and assisting purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervision of associates: assign duties, train, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper product presentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; support Open Door Policy and participate in recruiting and scheduling.
