Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guides self-service tech use and assists in purchasing decisions.
• Supervises associates in assigned area, assigns duties, trains on processes, and supports open door policy.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains sales floor, and ensures product displays and pricing comply with policies.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Oversees merchandise presentation, handles claims/returns, and ensures orderly zoning and cleaning across departments.
• Leads teams by coordinating work, providing feedback, and helping others adapt to change.
• Oversees club pick up orders and ensures proper selection and staging per policy.
