Gap is seeking an associate to support store leadership in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will focus on selling behaviors, productivity, and collaboration to meet store goals. This role emphasizes customer service, loyalty program education, and teamwork on a daily basis.

The position requires flexibility across shifts, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed on the sales floor and stock areas.

Qualifications

• Provide respectful, positive service to customers and teammates.
• Promote loyalty by explaining and enrolling customers in programs.
• Lead by example in brand selling behaviors to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Be flexible with schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Role model brand selling behaviors with every customer interaction.
• Support store leadership during non-peak hours with the customer as the focus.
• Collaborate with staff to complete tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
• Build knowledge of product lifecycle to advise customers.
• Complete open/close checklists as needed.
