Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Lead by example in applying brand selling behaviors with every customer who enters the store.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and store operations as needed.
• Utilize omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
