Job summary

Sam's Club Papillion, NE is seeking a full-time associate to deliver member service, assist with self‑service technology, and guide purchasing decisions. You’ll stock merchandise, manage floor presentation, and help resolve member issues following company guidelines.

You will supervise associates, train teams, and ensure safety, policy compliance, and smooth store operations while supporting recruiting, scheduling, and coaching activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by identifying needs and guiding self-service technology use.
• Assists with supervision of associates, assigns duties, trains, and evaluates performance.
• Receives and stocks supplies, merchandises floor, and completes documentation per policy.
• Maintains safety, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe conditions.
• Maintains sales floor and product displays, handles claims/returns, and monitors shrink.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and supports process improvements.
• Oversees club pick-up order picking and staging.
• Develops processes with managers and partners to meet business needs.
