Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchases.
• Assists management with supervision of associates: assign duties, train on processes, provide direction on member service approaches, and ensure compliance with policies and Open Door Policy.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise; organize sales floor; complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting hazards.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, zoning, and returns handling align with policies.
• Monitor product quality, rotation, recalls, sanitation, and category stocking; support changes and improvements.
