Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager and collaborates with the Territory Sales Lead daily.

You will build rapport with store staff, educate customers on our client brands, and complete merchandising projects with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and a strong focus on quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Access to a computer, internet, and email.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy, by following all provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics.
• Communicate to the Territory Sales Lead on a daily basis as to all activities accomplished and sales opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
