Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute merchandising standards, build rapport with store staff, and educate on client brands. You’ll work under supervision, with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager on progress and opportunities.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a High School diploma. Travel to additional locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel.
• Strong customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers on client brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
