Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards, drive sales, and support retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead, focusing on accurate merchandising, client education, and issue resolution.

You will engage in daily store communication, manage projects and displays, and uphold company policies while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel to additional locations.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs and occasional 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must have access to a computer, internet and e-mail for work tasks.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations and account aesthetics.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
