Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport, educate staff on brands, and ensure accurate merchandising to meet account aesthetics. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a valid driver's license with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects to maintain store aesthetics and high execution standards.
• Follow company policies and report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead.
