Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination with the Territory Sales Lead.

The role involves building rapport with store personnel, educating on product benefits, and ensuring accurate execution of tasks, displays, and merchandising to exceed client expectations. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs; capable of lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Access to computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands
• Execute required tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics
