Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in the United States to execute client standards, drive sales, and support store teams. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate with the Territory Sales Lead daily to maximize opportunities and ensure account aesthetics.

The role requires lifting, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and reliable transportation. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work may be performed while sitting, standing or walking.
• Ability to manipulate small objects and perform varied physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Driver's license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Access to computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Mercandising and execution of projects to maintain account aesthetics and high quality execution.
• Know and follow all company policies in detail.
• Report daily activities and opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device functions proficiently and securely.
• Maintain confidentiality for company, client and retailer information.
