Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute merchandising standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will work under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead for progress and opportunities.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 35 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing or walking.
• Able to perform fine manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, and mobility activities.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
• Must have access to computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and deliver strong execution.
• Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
