Job summary

Michaels BOS-STONEHAM, MA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure fast checkout. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Role involves engaging with customers on rewards programs, supporting BOPIS and SFS, and working nights, weekends and early mornings. Must be 16+ with a willingness to learn and collaborate.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock through recovery tasks.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
