Job summary

Michaels Stamford is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards and support omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

You will also participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties to maintain a well-merchandised store. Preference given to those with prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
