Job summary

Michaels in North Dartmouth, MA is looking for a Part-Time Service Team Member to help customers locate products, provide friendly service, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You’ll load/unload trucks, stock merchandise, manage planograms, support BOPIS and Ship From Store, and promote the Rewards program. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and working nights, weekends, or early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
